Ordering your masterpiece could not be easier! Just follow these simple steps:
1. Select your picture (obvious I know!)
2. Send your picture to us, either by email or by post along with the size you require. Tip: The sharper the picture the better the result. All posted photos are returned.
3. We will confirm your order, along with the price by email, post or phone, whichever you prefer. Once we have done this we will ask for a deposit of 30% payable by Cheque, Debit or Credit card. We will send you a receipt for payment. (Please make cheques payable to Heart to Art Ltd)
4.Sit back and relax!
We will notify you when your painting is completed - usually 4-6 weeks. At this point we will send you an image of the completed painting for your approval. Upon approval we will then ask for the balance of payment. We then ship the painting a few days later using 1st Class post after a strict final inspection. Each painting is shipped rolled up in a sturdy tube with a "Certificate of Authenticity" and "Care of your oil painting" sheet. If you are not 100% satisfied with your finished painting we will gladly refund your money!
